Wonderware

A large food manufacturer had trouble controlling ingredients used in their ice cream line, which was still largely a manual process. K2 designed a product tracking system using InTouch and InTrack to accurately track materials from receiving through shipping. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

A large wood products company needed to automate collection of their quality control data. K2 implemented a QI Analyst-based SPC system. The system included many customized features and included imbedded reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.

An OEM with a design/build contract for a new plywood line needed Wonderware expertise in creating Wonderware standards and high-level graphics. K2 stepped in to deliver an InTouch application with standards for motor control popups, object properties, sophisticated graphics, and SQL Access.
